Free Telecoms for one month!

This offer is made to you by (1 month free telecom for both customer and friends or family) is made to you by Eze Talk Ltd (The Bromley Centre, Bromley Road, Congleton CW12 1PT). It entitles the customer and members of their friends and family to join Eze Talk and benefit for free telecoms for 1 month (“Free Telecoms”). You and the referred person’s month’s free telecoms will begin as soon as the customer becomes “active” with Eze Talk. The new customer will be sent a “welcome email” and notification of the start of the free month. By submitting your payment details and agreeing to this promotion with Eze Talk, the new customer is giving consent to enter a 24 month contract period.  The terms of the existing customer’s contract does not change.  You both acknowledge and agree to Eze Talk’s terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Please note that existing customers must have been with Eze Talk for a minimum period of 3 months, with 3 cleared payments before recommending any friends or family members.

The offer applies to any Eze Talk package and new and existing customers will receive their first month free. Please note, calls outside of your package, premium or international calls are not included in this promotion. Standard contract terms are 24 months. The remaining 23 months will apply following this promotion, where monthly payments will be taken by Direct Debit. The existing customer’s free month will vary depending on the bill run. The new customer will receive the first month free.  The cooling off period (10 working days) applies and customers can cancel their contract at any point during the cooling off period by sending us an email to our Customer Services department on info@eze-talk.com or calling us on 0333 200 0801 to confirm cancellation before the Cooling Off Period expires. For broadband users, you must return, in an “as new” condition and in the original packaging, the Equipment and/or Hardware and any additional items supplied by us to you, at your cost. If you do not return the Equipment and/or Hardware and any associated items you have purchased in an “as new” condition before the date of installation, we will not refund any payment that you have made in respect thereof.

If you cancel your Contract after the first 10 working days following the Cooling Off Period, there will be a cancellation charge of £60.

In the event you seek to cancel the Contract before the end of the Committed Period, you will incur an early termination charge of the remaining contract months (part month charged as full month) and a one off administration charge of £25 including VAT. Business customers will be charged (charge list available upon request) depending on type of line service and features provided (“Early Termination Charges”). A cease charge of £65 will be payable if you cease your mobile or Broadband Services.
