Can I view my bill online?

Yes, our online service allows you to view details of your unbilled calls, as well as your last 3 months activity with tools that allow you to see usage and costs.

Are you a part of BT?

No, Eze Talk is an independent privately-owned UK company, one of the reasons we are able to offer such competitive rates and service.

Can I keep my current telephone number?

This depends on your current provider. If you use services such as 1471, call divert, call waiting etc, you can continue to use these services as before.

Why do I need to pay by Direct Debit?

Direct Debit is a convenient way to pay bills and it’s also very secure as every payment is covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee scheme. Plus, by paying by Direct Debit you will not incur any late payment charges or admin fees for payment processing.

What happens if I have a fault on my line?

Simply call our faults team and they will deal with your problem promptly. All repairs are carried out by Openreach.

Why can’t I contact Openreach myself?

Openreach provide and maintain the access network which allow us to provide a service to you. It is the same network used by BT and many other providers. As your service provider, Eze Tak will liaise with Openreach on your behalf, we will log your fault with Openreach and immediately without delay for you.

What is a care level?

A Care Level is a level determining the speed in which your fault will be responded to by Openreach. Eze Talk offers a number of different types of Care Levels and you can find out which one is most suitable for you by calling us on 0333 200 0801.

How do I stop unwanted calls?

Eze Talk’s Call Blocker comes pre- programmed with 2000 numbers deemed as known nuisance calls. Not who you expected? The ‘block now’ button allows you to log any new unwanted callers to the unit’s memory to permanently block them in the future. The Call Blocker is available from just £2.99 a month or £49.99 upfront (plus P&P).

What is the telephone preference service?

The Telephone Preference Service (TPS) helps to ensure your telephone number is no longer available to organisations who contact you with offers you do not wish to receive. Registration is free and can be completed by visiting the TPS website:

How do I withhold my number?

Dial 141 before entering the telephone number you wish to dial to withhold your telephone number.
